Label description

This is a description of how the B2B label should look like.

If you need the B2C label there is a different documentation (PDF).

Definitions:

The barcode format must be the GS1-128 standard (according to GS1 / UCC standard).

Minimum length is 60mm and minimum height is 22mm.

Font type arial or similar must be used. The general font size is 10 - 12 points. Prompt text is 8 points except J and K.

Data elements

The label contains of 4 areas:

  1. Sender:
    Sender information is in A - C.
  2. Recipient:
    Recipient information is in D - G.
  3. Transport:
    Information to carrier is in H - M
  4. Barcodes:
    The barcodes are in O - Q

A1 Prompt text: "Fra:"
A2 Information about sender (consignor)
B1 Prompt text: "Tel:"
B2 Sender phone number
C1 Prompt text: "Avs-dat:"
C2 Date
D1 Prompt text: "Til:"
D2 Information about reciever (consignee)
E Postalcode and place for delivery
F1 Prompt text: "Tel:"
F2 Recipient phone number
G Contact name
H ** Product name **
I * Service/option *
J Prompt text: "Sendings ID:"
K Prompt text: "Antall kolli:"
L Consignment number
M Number of parcels
O Postal code as barcode (GS1-128)
P Postal code
Q Barcode SSCC GS1-128
R Parcel ID/SSCC number

* The option/service code should only be visible in some cases. When it is visible it must be highlighted by having black background and white text.
